Founder Lester Jamerson envisioned a future where individuals in his community would have greater exposure to meaningful careers in technical and skilled trade industries. Recognizing the lack of access and awareness surrounding these opportunities, for the underserved he began building partnerships and gaining community support to create pathways for success.
